Our company, founded in 2012, has been dedicated to managing its own local accommodations ever since. Today, we are located in three different neighborhoods across the city: on Rua Mouzinho da Silveira, just 300 meters from the iconic São Bento Station; in Cedofeita, a stone’s throw from the Clérigos Tower; and on Rua Miguel Bombarda, in the heart of the Arts District.

You can therefore choose from the three locations we offer:
MOUZINHO 244: in a historic building on Rua Mouzinho da Silveira, between São Bento Station and the popular Ribeira district, we have 5 apartments. The building was completely renovated less than ten years ago.
7 BRIDGES: In a new, modern building on Travessa de Cedofeita, built in 2022, in an area full of bars and restaurants, we offer 7 modern and comfortable suites, well soundproofed, all with kitchenettes and featuring central air conditioning and an elevator.
MIGUEL BOMBARDA: on a street known for its numerous art galleries, we have this apartment on the first floor of a recently built building.
