Renovated in the summer of 2023, without any trace of humidity and with a patio frequented only by civil protection personnel who have their offices in the courtyard, it allows for complete silence at night.

Ap4 is one studio located at Mouzinho da Silveira Street, in downtown, and in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage center.
It’s suite is on the 2th floor and it’s full of light, with TV cable and free wi-fi.

The space
AP4 , is a open space studio on the first floor in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Center.
Refurbished in the summer of 2023, and with a patio frequented only by civil protection persons who have their offices in the courtyard it allows for complete silence at night.

It was a studio with 3 single beds and a sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen,TV cable and free wi-fi.

São Bento’s Train Station and the Subway are just a 2 minute walk away .

Guest access
The building where the apartment is located , belongs to the 19th century but was completely rebuilt in July 2016.
The building has a common laundry room with washing machines and dryers that can be used for a modest sum .
Personal check-in is done till 7pm. After that hour you can access the apartment by an access code that we will provide you.
We can provide with extra-cost a personalized transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Other things to note
The building did not have an elevator , so it is not advised to reduced mobility persons.
To protect guests, at the entrance to the building (outside the apartment), we have surveillance cameras.
The apartment has large windows that let in plenty of light, but without visibility to the outside.
