• Our services include reservation management, property management, and cleaning services. Upon request, we can, under certain conditions, provide luggage storage at MOUZINHO 244. Our accommodations do not have private garages, but paid parking is available nearby. Airport transfer services: these can be requested by our guests for an additional fee.
• All our accommodations have a kitchenette for preparing light meals; however, we do not provide bar or restaurant services.
• RESERVATIONS: Reservations made through our website can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in the payment of the reservation fee.
• Children up to two years old who sleep in a crib are free of charge. Cribs must be requested at the time of booking. Some accommodations do not accommodate cribs, a situation that is indicated at the time of booking.
• Payment for stays: We accept payment by credit card, Multibanco, and MBWay.
• Check-in and check-out times are as follows: check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. We can arrange self-check-in by providing access codes. “Late check-out” or “early check-in” may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the availability of other reservations, and may incur an additional fee.
• Guests must notify us in advance of their arrival time, as we do not have a 24-hour front desk.
• After booking, all our guests receive an email with information about the accommodation and the check-in process.
• Guests must complete the AIMA form, the link to which we provide, before check-in. Alternatively, they may provide us with a copy of their passports.
• Occupancy: the number of guests staying must match the number indicated at the time of booking. We do not accept reservations that exceed the capacity we have specified for each accommodation.
• Guests must observe the accommodation rules: no smoking, no noise after 11 PM, and no pets allowed. Parties or events are not permitted.
• We have the required liability insurance. We are not liable for theft or damage caused by third parties to our guests’ property. Any damage to the property or its contents caused by guests will be compensated by them.
• For large group reservations, we may require a security deposit, which is refunded on the day of check-out.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For reservations that may have already been made prior to such a modification, we will notify our guests.
